To commemorate the beauty of evolution, we celebrated Weiss’ first birthday with a very special 1-year Michigan bourbon whiskey — a liquid postcard marking the midway transformation of our Weiss Lightning Moonshine into our signature bourbon.

Made from 100% organic Michigan-grown corn, oats, and white wheat, our Weiss Lightning spent a year aging in charred American white oak barrels. The result is a 101-proof sipper that rounds out the malted corn notes of Weiss Lightning with dark chocolate, rich cherry, and earthy tobacco. Despite its caramel color, the bottled evidence is clear: the future of whiskey at Weiss is bright.
